On Windows Movie Maker, is there any way of adding and effect (like speeding up) to the whole movie, or do you have to do it clip by clip?

I dont really know i use Apple computer buy them they work alot better but from my experience i think you can change the settings as in the amount of slides a second

You can either

- not publish the movie at first and do it clip by clip
- publish it and speed the whole thing up
