Winx Club...Anime or not?

I've heard arguments for both sides of this, and I personally hold that the Winx Club IS an anime. So, here's the discussion thread for it. Enjoy!

I've seen the third season so far, and I'm liking what I'm seeing. This Baltor seems really tough. I have the same question the witches do: how do all these guys get minions? I wonder what happens to frog Stella.
