Wireless Battling?

Recently I saw a video from IGN about PBR and though I don't know Japanesse i'm preaty sure the guy said something about wireless battling by using D/P and wirelessly battling other trainers world wide. Again, i'm not compleatly sure on this but if you know anyting else related to this fell free to say.
