I was wondering: Does the wireless link that comes with FireRed work with Silver, or any other GB/GBA Game?

And does the DS come with a built in wireless link?

the wireless LGFR thing only works on LG, FR & emerald, and the DS has a wireless system, but it doesn't work with the wiseless adapter, tried it

Also, a GBA cable does not work, and you need to get a GBC link cable. Also, for Mystery Gift and any other features using the wireless thing on the top, you need to use a GBC, because the other Gameboys that came later don't have it.

The wireless adaptor only works with FR/LG and emerald.

No, not using the wireless adaptor. You can only do it using the wireless ports that are on top of every GBC system.
