i done helped Medicham and went to the pond and he was not there and i done some more missions and nothing still happened

Are you doing the Gengar event?

What Gengar envent is it on the Bulliton Board,or do you need a wondermail code,and if you think im stupid i get that cament all the time

Okay, the Gengar event should activate after you rescue Medicham in Wish Cave and (I can't remember well so..) talk to her and Ekans in Pokemon Square talking about Gengar. When it is the next day, I THINK Gengar should come.

I am not 100% sure since I can't remember what happened at that time(which was a month ago).
