EVs: I'd say... 1/4 Sp.Defense, 1/4 Defense, 1/2 HP.

I don't know about that. It is almost immposible to kill in a few goes (unless its cb megahorn or something) and safeguard protects it from toxic, wow, etc.

1. you want MAX HP so that counter/coat do absolute max damage

2. say hi to toxic and friends for me, plus it doesn't have the speed to D-Bond effectivly

OK so i got the MS. Any ev spreads that will be effective besides Max Hp. I was think maybe a little in def and sp. def and rest in speed.

Speed on Wobbufet? I don't think any amount of speed EVs could help him. I would suggest full HP, and split the rest on defenses.

wobbuffet's not fast enough to get a safeguard up.

maybe your EVs are a little messed up (it needs more SDef), and that's about it, maybe since you have Safeguard>DBond, and DBonding is better ingame IMO

No, just use safeguard and keep the lefties. Wobby needs 'em. Chances are you won't get statused first turn. Besides, it's better to have a safeguard acticate late than a destiny bond.
