Wobbuffet's Personality?

It's not too hard to pin down what I think are the main characteristics of the personalities of most of the pokemon on the show: Snorunt/Glalie is a fun-loving practical joker; Corphish is a bad-tempered ruffian who loves to fight; Swellow has a daring devil-may-care attitude; Cacnea is a very friendly and affectionate pokemon; Chimecho is caring and loving; Muk is also friendly and caring; Bulbasaur is stubborn but good-natured; Squirtle was bold and outgoing; Kingler iss quiet, but devoted and loyal; Heracross is friendly and outgoing, but much too forward in dealing with others, such as Bulbasaur and the sap in its bulb; Totodile has a weird sense of humor; Noctowl is quiet, reserved and wise; Meowth is a tough-talking, streetwise hood; Skitty is playful and affectionate; Seviper is fierce and bad-tempered; Arbok and Weezing were both extremely loyal and devoted to their trainers; Victreebell was either...very angry or very crazy.

But what about Wobbuffet? I'm having a hard time trying to decide what exactly makes him/her/it tick. He/she/it obviously seems very loyal to Jessie, and seems to enjoy travelling around as part of Team Rocket, despite continually being electrocuted and otherwise defeated by Team Twerp and assorted other trainers.

Does anyone have any ideas?

(And for the record, the above appraisals of the other pokemon are my own opinions, not hard and fast fact.)

I think Wobbuffet is very spontaneous and random. That's pretty much all I can say about it, except that it amuses me XD

I think Wobbuffet is very laid back and content, just going about the day. Nothing really gets to it. I think it just lives in the moment.

We should learn from Wobbuffet!

he's basically an average joe who happens to, through unforseen circumstances, be on the side of "evil" (even though he isn't really evil)

He is a blue blob that just likes to play at the exact wrong moment.

Wobbuffet obviously loves to be in Team Rocket. Notice in his first episode that he gets much more lively after he's been traded from Benny (he looks depressed half the time before he's traded). He's certainly an enthusiastic team member too.

If I had to pin down his personality, it'd be enthusiastic and loyal. That's why I love him too.

Wobbuffet must probably be just random, and a little confused at times. XP It might sometimes just act silly for no reason sometimes. ^^;

Then again, Corphish is known as the "Ruffian Pokemon".

He's not completely random. [spoil]In a Battle Frontier episode, he turns against Team Rocket so he can free a Kirlia[/spoil].

Wobbuffet's personality to me is just to serve comic relief, and the occasional Counter on someone.
