Wonder News?

I was looking at some of the berries on the berrydex of the main site and for some of them, unnder location it says "man in Cerulean (requires wonder news)". What is this "Wonder News"? And what man is it talking about?

I don't know WHAT that means. Wonder News is a Mystery Gift function, but the only things Wonderspots have been used for in the US is to give the Aurora and Mystic Tickets, so maybe it's some kind of Japan Wonderspot feature.

If you're wondering what I'm talking about, look at any berry from 16 to 30 in the Berrydex. Under "location" is where it says that.

It could also be like the battle e-cards that were made for ruby/saphire. But that stuff i believe was taken out of the american versions and only in the japanese. Where's the dex writing when you need 'em
