What are they, i know has something to do with Altering Cave, and where can i find them? (in the real world) are there wonderspot is Europe or even better in the Netherlands?

At some McDonalds I think but I'm positive some are in Japan. And for The Alrering cave CAN NOT change Pokemon out side of Japanise games

^ This explains Altering Cave and Wonderspots completely, question #26. Wonderspots can only be found at Nintendo Events, and there are none to change Altering Cave Pokemon, not here OR in Japan. If you have any more questions you can post in there, or also in the Mystery Gift sticky, since that is a related topic.
