It's not unless you have the decency to take it more far than that and make it into one that a person can actually play at home on a computer or on some kind of RPG console. I shouldn't be saying this because I'm not that much of a hacker into games, and I do the same thing that you do, write down a game for the sake of it, since having fun's the main reason why you do things in the first place, right? Keep trying or something like that!
