Would someone please give me an Elekid?

I'm new here. Would someone be willing to give me an Elekid with an electrobooster? (I'm using Prinplup, Chatot, and Staravia so I need Motor Engine.) I don't care about its level, gender, etc. as long as it was obtained without a cheating device. I don't care if it's cloned. However, I really don't have anything wonderful to offer, (I'm only at the second badge at the moment.) Here's what I can offer you:

Is it possible to get an elekid? don't you need to have a National Dex before you can get one?

It's certainly possible. The only way to get one is through wifi, however.

Do I have too many requirements? Does anyone have Elekid+Electrobooster? I'll also take Electabuzz+Electrobooster and Electivire. I don't care if the stats and nature are horrendous, but I really would like one!
