So would you like the move tutors to return in D/P? & why?

Definitly. Actually, I'd like to see some with a "If you can beat me I'll teach you <insert move here>" attitude. ^^ Exp. is always good...

I would like to see more TMs myself, but if, at the very least these moves would be breedable I'll be happy. I can't stand not being able to proliferate Substitute or Double-Edge onto other Pokemon. ;[

I would love for D/P to have a move tutor. I would like him to teach better moves than he has in the past.

I agree with Eszett. I quite like the more TMs idea, but I like the MTs too, since, imo, they were quite the idea. Maybe they could give us minigames that we had to beat in order to our pokemon learn the moves? You know, kinda like Satoshi's Swellow in the Lilycove episode.

...Meh, wishful thinking on my part. D: (For once!)

You've hit the nail on the head.

Move Tutor moves need to be breedable. That is the charm of TM attacks. At the very least, if they feel that breedable characteristics should lie within TMs only, move tutor moves need to be teachable more than once. As Akerin put it, beating a Move Tutor or paying a considerable sum to have the move re-taught as payment would be ideal and conceivable.

Though some may criticize Move Tutors as just another form of TMs, I have always found them to be fascinating, ever since the one gentleman in Crystal. They allow for rare, powerful, or older move to awaken.

WHERE IS PIDGEOT?!
yeh the move tutors in FRLG were supposedly re-kindling moves of the Red and Blue TMs - Rock Slide, Thunder Wave...

perhaps if there's a new TM set, there'll be move tutors for attacks like Overheat, Bulk Up, Aerial Ace, Dive etc which were RSE specialities...

MOve tutors are cool. So yeah I would like move tutors in D/P.

Sure, why not? i don't see why they would take it out. But this time i would want them to work just like the ones in the Battle Frontier, where you can use them over and over again for a price, that's just plain cool.

Yes, they were a good idea. However, I'd sort of like to see some more recyclable move tutors, in the sense that you can be taught a move more than once. If they make a return, which they most likely will, they should definetly use a variety of moves, and in general spice up the methods in which you obtain the move. As mentioned above, maybe a battle to earn the game is a cool idea.

I honestly think Nintendo should make a simply wide variety of Tms and ignore these annoying move tutors. I've spent too much time finding each one.

That would be good, but they should be able to teach the move more than once. If you know how to do something, you generall don't forget how to after you do it. Even if the limit was raised, that would be better. They should be breedable, as has been mentioned before. But yes, I would like for them to return.

Yeah, move tutors would be cool. Maybe there could be more and some could be really hard to find.

Of course I want move tutors to return. Maybe it would be better for some move tutors to ask for items in order for them to teach a move so if you keep giving them the items they require, they could keep teaching the move.

I think more Move Tutor attacks need to be able to be taught multiple times, and in exchange you'd have to beat them in a battle, or give them some Mushrooms/Heartscales/whatever. Now I haven't even taught any of my Pokémon a Move Tutor attack in anticipation of a shiny with good stats being able to wield the attack better.

Please, A move tutor that can teach past moves again would be EXCELLENT, but charges a fee and not annoying items like mushrooms.

As for moves, why not?
