Would you trade your Nintendo Event Pokemon like Deoxys for RARE Shiny Pkmns?

Would you trade all your Nintendo Event Pokemon like Deoxys,Jirachi,for all the RARE Shiny Pokemon,even if you couldn't get Jirachi,Deoxys back?

Yes, the rare pokemon would be in my pokedex, and I would have a shiny. Most of my legendaries just sit in the box anyways.

Nope. Shiny Pokemon Just Look cool. Event Pokemon are unique, strong, and just special for a ordinary rare pokemon that just has a different color.

I hope I am not insulting shinys. I love shinys. I just honestly think it isnt worth a nintendo event pokemon you can only get once.

The situation Would change if I were to go Un-legit with pokemon games. I could just Shark them again.

No way. Legendary pokemon are rare enough already (and a lot stronger than some ordinary shiny pokemon, even if some of the shinies look really cool.)

Uh, yeah. I'm a huge Shiny lover...If I could get a Shiny Latios, Latias, Rayquaza, or some other Pokémon I like, I'd definitely do it without thinking twice.

It's not like I have any event Pokemon to train, but if I did I wouldn't trade them for a shiny. Simple reason is you can get shinies on your games, they may be hard to get but at least it's possible to get them.

I hate both of my Deoxys, and my Jirachi just rots in my box(till I get around to training it to Level 100, but then it will just rot again =S), but I would never trade them away.
Deoxy's took me over 4 hours(And £10 in train fair) to get to the event. The trains getting out of Portsmouth were stopped, so not only did I miss seeing Serenity, I had to get a bus all the way to Chichister before getting to Croydon. 4 hours. But I meet a whole bunch of new friends(who I still keep in contact with at least one....=P),and was the furthest ive been away from home on my own. And Jirachi was gotten during the Eon ticket event were there was no sign of Jirachi for the Uk. Colo bonus disk, none of that channel crap.
And my Eon Pokemon, they got me the Eon Ticket event badge and T-Shirt! And I use them on Emerald.

So would I trade my legendary event Pokemon? The whole answer: Not even for a shiny version of each of them.

Deoxys, Mew, and Lugia are all too rare and hard to find to trade for some shiny that will turn out useless and pointless. My answer is no.
