That would be like the most awsome leet fight ever...

Depenmds if it's an Anime fight or a game fight. If it's a game fight, I couldn't care less, because they're both uber beasts, but mewtwo would win

An special episode with these 2 fighting would be alot more intresting, since deoxys would be able to form change in battle, and they can use more than 4 moves. Mewtwo would win though, because he's a good guy, and the writers wont let the good guy lose

With the right strategy, Deoxys would win. IMO, with Deoxys' movepool you need a lot of strategy, whereas Mewtwo is more about doing damage as quickly as possible.

So I think Deoxys would win.

An Attack form deoxys would attack first, but the damage dealt wouldn't be enough to kill mewtwo, and with deoxys's fragile defenses, it won't survive any attack mewtwo uses

Deoxys has the form change but mewtwo has a stronger psychic ability because he was cloned from mew,thus making him a stronger pokemon.It could be a double knock out,but hasent mewtwo got a bigger movepool?

C'mon, Mewtwo has the best Special attack from all pokemon =D He would win. Deoxys looks scary but isn't good in fight. I hope, it would lose.

In D/P Metagame = Mewtwo with special type Shadow Ball in all forms but defense. The defense Deoxys versus Mewtwo would be interesting to see...

In Anime = It doesn't matter what we think will happen. It only matters what the developers decide to do it.
