    However, remember to keep your passwords secure. If you use similar logins on multiple sites, people and even bots may be able to access your account.

    We always recommend using unique passwords and enable two-factor authentication if possible. Make sure you are secure.

Have you ever heard of EV training?
Google "EV training" and "IV breeding" to save yourself the headaches from being forced to release your current, favored pokes and replace them for new ones or keep them and be at a huge disadvantage...Good Luck
