I generally use Leftovers on all. Unless the stupid item clause shows up.

-Focus Punch <-- This isn't too great ingame, but if you use Sub also. BUT that would overlap with Dragonite. Try either Curse or Swords Dance if you dont want to use the CB.

Arcainine
Mild Nature (Intimidate)
-Extremespeed
-Crunch
-Flamethrower
-Howl

The only changes are in bold, but it isn't a bad team.
Though one thing you could add is a Pokemon that can take some attacks. Preferably a Special Sponge.
Either Regice, Snorlax, or Bliss.

I'd say Curselax would be good in this case, because Regice still is weak to Rock Slide and Blissey is no Physical Wall.

That is true, but I only mentioned Bliss cos I said about a Special Sponge.

Lapras can have Rest/Perish Song> Confuse Ray
Arcanine is bad. ditch it for something better.
I would say Swords Dance>FP on Rhydon.

Actually, Curselax sounds good.
I'm not gonna ditch Arcainine. But, I have been meaning to breed a different Lapras, as I hardly ever use Surf and Confuse Ray.
