You may want to alter this a bit. I highly doubt he'd be 5th in his class with an IQ that is considered genius.

Physical Description: Kenny stands at an even 5 feet tell and weighs 98 pounds. Normally he has short black hair, brown eyes, and brown skin. Usually he wears jeans and t-shirt. Often times he will alter the colors of his skin, hair, and eyes to change his appearance to appear like a different person. He has many outfits to go with the new appearances and will sometimes wear wigs to further the disguise.
History: Kenny and his brother, Blair, grew up in their parent's hotel near the beaches of the Outer Banks. One Christmas he received a DS and though happy he wished it was a different color. As soon as he thought it, the DS changed to the preferred color. Believing the only explanation to the strange occurrence could be that their son was a mutant, his parents told him the situation between the government and the brotherhood and how he needed to hide his ability so that no one would realize what he was. Although he thought his power was cool he reluctantly agreed to his parents' request. However, he would practice his power on the beach when he believed no one was around.
Personality: Kenny's a typical kid. He loves video games, watching TV, playing with his friends, etc. He's heard a few stories about the X-Men before all the vaccine stuff happened and wishes to use his powers to help people like they did.

Powers: Able to manipulate electricity and able to turn himself into electricity, but has to recharge by absorbing energy from power plants. He carries a metal rod to help with conducting his powers

Dark blue jeans with holes in the knees. Black Nike shoes. Wears a spiked wristband on his right hand, and fingerless gloves. Stands 6’0 tall. Is caucasian. Wears the rod on his back
History: He grew up in a foster home since his parents died when he was two from a car accident. He was a loner, never wanting to play with the other children, just stay around the appliances around the home. This behavior led to him being constantly rejected from being adopted. He ran away from being disappointed plenty of times and lived in the streets. After living on the streets a couple of days he began to grow hungry, luckily he met a homeless man name, Frank Steven, whom was like a father to him. Frank trained Axel to help him be able to use “power” to turn off security alarms in homes, and steal food and other items, which they would take to an abandoned warehouse in which they lived. Over the years living with Frank, Axel began to develop strange conditions, that including being light-headed, loss of feeling in his arms, and hazed vision. During one of their nightly sessions these symptoms began to occur during his alarm deactivating, revealing his powers by sending an electrical charge from his fingers. Frightened, Frank ran from him, Axel chased after him trying to get an explanation, little did they know that news had spreaded of their thievery, and police were having a steak-out and saw Frank, and shot at him, killing him. Axel, losing the only man that showed him compassion became enraged, his rage revealed marking under his eye, as electrical energy circled him, as the police shot at him, the bullets disenagrated from the electricity, Axel launched a burst of the energy at the policemen killing them. Realizing that he had a strange dilemma, he ran, and hid in the shadows, mainly staying near the cities power plant.
Personality: Normally he keeps his feelings hidden from others, but reveals his emotional side to those close to him. He is also laid back and likes to read any type of book available. He has a soft side, but will fight when it is needed. He also can be gullible and influenced.

Alias: Hard Drive

Power(s): Technokinesis, such as throwing CDs like shuriken, but his powers are not yet fully realized.
Area: Currently at L.A.
Side: Neutral
Physical Description: Will stands at an average height, and retains a slightly muscular build. He usually wears a green t-shirt that contains a picture of a grey robot doing the robot. He has short, messy black hair and a semi-Asian face. His skin is mildly tanned and unblemished. His beige cargo shorts are jammed with different electronics like an Ipod and DSi. He has bright white sneakers, but they are a little worn and dirty from continuous use. He also has a green watch on his right arm.
History: Will was born in the small town of Oyster Bay on Long Island, New York. He watched TV all the time as a young child and was a quick computer whiz. Will made many friends very fast, so he got his exercise that he needed playing with them. At school, he excelled and was top of the class. This continued until the summer before 3rd grade, when his family moved to Florida.
Will was sad to leave his New York friends, but he made new ones. He continued to excel in class through to 7th grade, when he was bumped up to 8th. Now, he is in ninth grade. During his time in Florida he got his DSi and Ipod. He started to love video games as well.
Then the mutation showed up. His dad was one of the last to receive the vaccine, because he had no powers. Will didn't get the vaccine, however, due to an overlook on one Special Forces' member's part. He was normal his whole life, the only thing hinting at his powers were his knack with computers. One day, though, he took a picture of a crane that had landed on his lawn. The camera's flash somehow multiplied in strength, and blinded the crane. The crane stumbled away. Will gaped in awe. He didn't tell his parents, but another incident happened that they noticed. He was on the computer when he knocked over a CD. He reached out for it as it fell to the floor and it shot away, embedding into the opposite wall. He confessed to his parents and showed them the CD. His parents discussed it, and sent Will to the Special Forces in L.A. on an airplane. They wanted the best for him, and Will promised he'd figure out what to do. Until then, he was to be kept with the Special Forces.
Personality: Will is a really outspoken kid. He's got a calm head though, and knows when to shut up. He is very smart, and obviously loves computers. Will is very kind and can easily make friends of anyone (cept jerks). Will is loyal to those who would do the same for him. Will can be very shy, however, to strangers who are very kind to him. Oddly enough, Will is mildly bipolar. Most of the time he has a completely normal personality like you and me, but once a week or so he seems very down and doesn't talk much.
Other: Usually has his Ipod and DSi with him.
