Not a Protean one? Greninja is so much better with Protean.

For the duck, IMO go with Night Slash, or SD with Jolly Nature.

If Garde is your Mega, then Hyper Voice > Moonblast. Requires OR/AS tutor though.

Bug Bite is stronger than X-Scissor for Scizor because of the Technician boost. Also don't use brick break it has disappointing power. Scizor needs the raw firepower of Superpower to get through things that threaten it such as Magnezone and Heatran.
Your Gardevoir is also a CM sweeper. CM sweepers generally run three natures: Timid or modest if they are naturally strong and fast or Bold if they have high Defense. Gardevoir should be a timid nature so it can outspeed/speed tie with some threats. Calm Nature does nothing since you don't want to be taking hits and you are already boosting your spdef with Calm Mind.
You should care about your Chandelure's ability. Flash Fire is the way to go since it provides a safe switch in to the fire moves that get attracted by Scizor.
