My vaporeon already has 116 HP evs needs evs of 252 hp 216 def and 40 sp. def and my dw venesaur needs 252 atk evs, 252 speed evs and 4 sp. atk evs that 4 arceus (a dw female smeargle would be nice too) also ev the ninetails
