xbox 360 frame rates

Hi people, I was just wondering if it's normal that some of my xbox 360 games don't have very good frame rates. I mean the frame rates don't make the game unplayable, I guess they just bug me. Games where I see frame rate issues are ones such as GTA IV, saints row 2, Oblivion and the halo wars demo I just downloaded, mainly when turning the camera, they just don't seem completely smooth. However, other games such as Gears of war 2, phantasy star universe and lego indiana jones seem to have flawless frame rates, even though there is a bit of screen tearing in the latter. So, I just wondered if it was normal that these games don't have such a good frame rate or is it a problem with maybe the discs or my xbox? or do these games just not have excellent frame rates?

The first three games have very large environments to load and the Halo Wars Demo might have a bad frame rate since it's downloaded.

Did you install some of those games to your HD? Some games aren't configured to run from the HD so that would probably be the issue.

PSU doesn't take much time to load anything since the game barely gets 100 people logged in at once and the lobbies are filled with background characters that vanish when you run past them unless they're NPCs.

ive also noticed this in halo 3 whenever i blow up a Phantom, but this just last 2-4 seconds. its because the game has so much crap going on at the same time, the system can barely handle it
