xbox or ds lite?

hey just asking 4 an opinion from all of you...
i have only the choice for one; an xbox or a ds lite.

id like an xbox, for i play halo alot w/ my friends, and they usually whup me, so id like 2 get better and just own the game, as well as several others my friends own.

Id like a ds lite mainly so i can get pearl, as my old ds is busted beyond repair, and i neglected to get a warranty. i also like several other games for it that i am unable to play now, and ive seen many i would like to get.

and so, i ask for your opinion: ds lite, or Xbox?

p.s. if this doesnt belong here, please move, mods.

theres plenty of other games i like for it(fable, destroy all humans, flatout, gun) i just named halo cuz its the first game i played on xbox.

i plan on getting the one i dont choose later, so i doubt thatll be much of a problem, i just need 2 know what 2 get now. thanks, tho.

Ill chose Ds lite because i dont really like Xbox much. But you should go for Xbox and repair your normal DS another way. I like the normal DS better than the lite.

Well, I got a 360 not too long ago....well, kind of a while ago.
And I should be getting an Onyx DS Lite for my b-day in a couple weeks.
But out of a Xbox or DS Lite...hmmm...well, they each have some very good games, but hey, it's your choice.

Shirika, if you have big hands, I suggest you go for normal DS

Go for the DS Lite, the Xbox360 aint all that great. It gets boring before the DS. Plus, Pearl and Diamond is coming soon. ;)

my ds is beyond repair, i let my sister borrow it for a day and she got it run over by a truck... totally destroyed. also, i have the money 4 the lite, its not 2 expensive and neither is the xbox, id just rather get the lite for its convinience.

Get xbox the online is bunch better , better graphics , better games, better controlle scheme.

Well, if you'll be getting both of them sometime soon, then I'd suggest you go for the DS lite. The DS lite and the Xbox cost about the same, but once you actually buy the system, you'll need games and accesories. You said you previously had a DS, so I'd imagine you already have the games/accesories needed for it. If you but a DS lite, you won't need to buy anything else, where if you buy an Xbox, you'll have to buy all the games you listed as ones you want. If I were you, I'd get the DS lite now, and save up to buy the Xbox with the games you want later on.

The games on xbox are much better. Compared to the xbox games the d2 games suck balls. Xbox live blows the shity ds online out of the ****ing water. The controlle scheme is so much better on the xbox. And you can have multiplayer on the xbox with your buds , you cant do that with ds without having another system. Not to mention halo 2 is on the xbox.

people like this is the reason why i think you should get the ds lite
but if you really want an xbox get the 360 instead

Xbox controllers are so freking big so thats why i went for the PS2 :D
