XD Lucky Egg on Chansey?

I havent got XD yet but I have heard you can get a lucky egg of chansey 100% of the time. Is this true?

No you get the other item the punch one, you get the lucky egg by doing the thing Beluh asks you to do after you've done Lovrina round in the Orre Colosseum

Yoy do'nt get it on Chansey, it has the lucky punch.
You get the lucky egg after defeating Greevil, Lovrina in the orre colloseum and helping pokemon get thier voices back.

In FRLG, there is a 5% chance of catching a Chansey with a Lucky Egg in the Safari Zone.

You always get the Lucky Punch on Chansey in XD.

Like the others have said, you get Lucky punch all the time when Snagging Chansey....
Otherwise, to get the lucky egg, you must beat the game, and the first section of Orre Coloseum. Then Beluh will email you and ask you to go on a quest to save some pokemon and in the end you will get the lucky egg. It will increase the amount of exp. a pokemon gets.

That Lucky Punch makes the Shadow Chansey a real pain to Snag. It's not just that Chanseys are always hard to catch, but the Lucky Punch makes its Shadow Rave critical hit almost every time.
