I was just wondering if you can play Gale of Darknes with a Wii Remote instead of a Gamecube controller.

No. Trust me I have tried. A new Gamecube controller should only cost about 10 dollars at your local gamestop. I kept my old one when I got rid of my Gamecube and also bought a new when when I decided the old one was a piece of crap.

Even though you can play Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness on the wii console you would still need a gamecube controller and a memory card to play the game like you used to.

Typically you can find controllers and memory cards on either Ebay, your local game store or the classified section in your newspaper. The first two options were a bit more realistic.

Price wise it shouldn't be too bad, the controller should be roughly 10-20 dollars. (Cdn)
