This is my team for XD's Orre Colosseum. I've used it to win many of the seven sets of battles. The only ones I haven't beaten with it yet are Robo Groudon Chobin and Cipher Admin Eldes (actually, I think I may have beaten Eldes, but I forget.....)

1) Substitute is better than detect since most of your exploders are slow.

2) You are at a disadvantage without ev training since the opponent's pokemon are ev trained.

Thus, I suggest you Ev train.
