XD Skin

Do you like the XD skin? I think it looks neat especially the Zapdos, Articuno, and Moltres on the side. The skin was thick and less like a sticker which definitely made me satisfied. For those who need a skin, I believe you can still order one at www.nintendo.com by putting in your game code. Anyway, I have a question. Is the skin removable or is the adhesive stuck on the gamecube? I probably wouldn't remove the skin, but I'm curious. It'd be nice to take the skin on and off.

Though I myself don't have the skin, I'm guessing it's a removable adhesive, hence why they call it a "skin" rather than a "sticker." As for the skin theme, it depends on which Gamecube color you have. If you've got black or purple, it's kickass, but if you've got orange or silver, I don't think it fits. I like the design as well. It's somewhat reminiscent of the boxes for the GBA games.

Yes, I have the silver cube' not the best for the color of the skin, but surprisingly it blends pretty well. And I looked on the skin box, it states: Caution graphic skin may leave adhesive on Nintendo GameCube if left in place. So if you do peel the skin, you may get sticky stuff on the Cube which may be cleanable. But I'd advise you to be sure whether you want the skin on your Cube or not before laying it on. And yes, if you have the purple GameCube, putting that skin on is a must.

My GC is purple, and Nine Thou is right, if your GC is purple or black, it looks SWEET. I like the three birds, adds a great touch. I saw the skins at a local Best Buy, must be extras. I don't remember the price though...

It will come off....trust me....I did it billions of times trying to get the skin on there straight...lol
