Bewear my power
Yo. For some odd reason, seeing Dr. Melee's shipping fic, "Xiaolin Showdown: Winds of Change", the recent premeire of Xiaolin Showdown on Cartoon Network (which is pretty much the only channel I watch. Such is the autistic teen that is me), along with my obsession with my most recently aquired Gamecube game, "Shadow the Hedgehog", I felt like making a crossover RPG. If these aren't allowed, just tell me, and I'll delete this whole thread. Hey, this IS my first attempt at an RPG here.
No, no one can protest this because I like Xiaolin Showdown. If anyone has a problem with that, then leave the thread alone.
No, I do NOT own Xiaolin Showdown, or Sonic. I just felt like mixing these two together to see what happens.
Anyway, the plot is below.
******* (I like to use these)
Long ago, there were two forces fighting each other endlessly. The good Xiaolin master Grand Master Dashi, and the evil Heylin witch Wuya. They fought endlessly, never relenting. Dashi fought using his magical artifacts, the Shen Gong Wu, whereas Wuya fought using her natural dark magic powers. Dashi eventually defeated Wuya, transformed her into a ghostly floating head with a mask, and trapped her in a puzzle box, where she remained for quite a while...
...until five thousand years later, when a self-proclaimed "evil boy genius" named Jack Spicer recieved the box as a present from his father, who was in Hong Kong. Jack opened the box, and unleashed Wuya into the world once more. Wuya informed Jack that Dashi had deactivated and spread his Shen Gong Wu around the world, and that any one of them could activate again at any time. She had gained the ability to sense when Shen Gong Wu activate, and together with Jack, planned to conquer the world.
At a Xiaolin temple that I don't know the location of, a young Xiaolin monk trains. His name is Omi, and he's a yellow-skinned, bald midget. He, after a while, found friends in three other monks who came to the temple. They were called Raimundo, Kimiko, and Clay. Together, these four fight to save the world from Jack and Wuya.
But, unknown to the Xiaolin AND Heylin sides, a new threat is about to emerge. An evil, self-proclaimed scientist also plots to control the Shen Gong Wu. His name is Dr. Eggman, and he built an army of robots to rival Jack Spicer's. That army will assist the dark doctor in his quest for world domination.
Now, the Xiaolin monks must face TWO dark forces, each one seeking to use the Shen Gong Wu for their own purposes. They must fight these forces of evil, and prevent the Shen Gong Wu from falling into the hands of either, along with the world. But, to do that...
...they need backup.

(sorry if the plot's too short)
Okay, you can either make up your own character (that's where the "backup" part comes in) or you can pick a character to control from below.
Omi: a yellow-skinned, small, bald monk who has WAY too much discipline.
Clay: a Texan cowboy with decent strength.
Raimundo (aka Rai): a Brazillian teen (I think) that has decent street smarts.
Kimiko: a Japanese girl whose firey temper fits her element.
Dojo: a serpentine dragon that, in addition to detecting Shen Gong Wu for the monks, can lengthen and enlarge to about 40' long.
Jack Spicer: a self-proclaimed "evil boy genius" that builds robots, since he doesn't have the guts to go out of his house alone.
Wuya: a 5,000-year-old Heylin witch that, currently, is a disembodied, floating, ghostly head that can detect Shen Gong Wu like Dojo.
Dr. Ivo "Eggman" Robotnik: a self-proclaimed scientist who plans to dominate the world using a robot army.
E-102 "Gamma": one of Eggman's robots, who is very loyal to the evil doctor.
Metal Sonic: a robotic, blue hedgehog that moves very quickly using the jet on its torso. It's an Eggman robot, but it isn't as loyal as Gamma.
E-121 "Phi": an Eggman robot made espically for melee and hand-to-hand combat that comes with a full set of another fighter's moves.
Metal Knuckles: a robotic, red echidna that is very strong and punches very well. Although an Eggman robot, it isn't as loyal as Gamma and Phi.
Zero: another Eggman robot made specially for subduing and capturing foes. Gets PO'ed pretty quickly if you hit it a few times.
Shadow Android: a lot of Shadow Androids were exterminated when the original Shadow and Omega went through Eggman's latest base. This is the last remaining one, and is equiped with the missile-throwing ability that all Shadow Androids have.

If you want to make your own character, you have to fill in the sign-up sheet below.
Name: (duh)
Age: (again, obvious)
Gender: (do I need to explain?)
Side: (Xiaolin, Heylin, Eggman or neutral. Take your pick. Pick an element if you're Xiaolin. You have to be a robot if you're on Eggman's side.)
Appearance: (get about 3-4 lines here. You can't just say "he's a guy" or something stupid like that.)
Personality: (obviously, what your character's like. Give it about 2-3 lines)
History: (This needs about 3-4 lines, if you want to do it. In other words, a history is optional, but recommended.)
I think that's it. If there's anything missing from the sign-up sheet, let me know.
I don't really know if I should sign-up as a character myself, since I don't really know if it's against the rules to make an RPG but not have a character in it.
Small note: If you're Eggman, try to use as many of his robots as possible, whether they're from a 2-D game or a 3-D game. I might not know all the robots from the 2-D games, so describe the robots when you make one debut. You can even use robots from Sonic X (yes, Sonic X), just as long as you describe them.
