Banners 'R Us V2.0

Hi, I make banners using PhotoShop CS, I'm an intermediate GFXer and I hope you'll like your requests

Every Request shop has them , so be sure to read them.
Rules
● End you request with "Pretty please, I love you!" or you will be ignored, seriously.
● Be patient.
● I have every right to decline your request.
● Give credit for the banner or the boardmaster will be notified.
● Do not request if there are more than 8 people waiting.
● NO, I do not specialize in animations, so I just don't do them.
● If I do not like your banner I will not show it, I will notify you of it and you may request again!
● Check the link to your banner, if it's loaded in a PhotoBucket account, please rehost it.

Form:

Renders/Pictures: (Name or link please.)
Colour Scheme: (Two colours preferred.)
Main text: (No more than 15 characters.)
Subtext: (No more than 30 characters.)
Border: (Yes/No.)
Size: (Basic is 400x100)
Tag: (If yes, I put my name on the banner, no credit needed)
