Yet another Shadow Lugia question

If I faint Lugia, then beat Greevil can I go back to Citadel Isle to catch it again? If so, will Greevil still be there? Because what I wanna do is be able to trade to my GBA games, so I can max tempo before I catch Lugia (I need to beat Greevil first to unlock the ability to trade) and then if/when I (can) catch it will the credits roll, because I wanna check it's stats then reset when I see they suck until I get a good Lugia?

<--will be mine
You can try to catch it again. However, like the run-wild Lati@s in R/S/E, the Lugia's nature/stats are set when you begin the game.

I should know...I got stuck with Brave...

Yes he will still be there ....the first battle you go into is him and his lugia have a empty slot in your party catch it then it will be in your party then you will battle him agen straight after that battle and just clik on pokemon while the battle and clik on lugia you can't see it's nature but you can see it's stats and if you reset and try agen and catch it and look at the stats you can see there diffrent...

I thought stats were set when you downloaded the snaglist. But if you battle it, faint it and return. It's 100% sure it's stats are set. So save in front, and if you see one with good stats keep it.

Well I've noticed that the stats do change if you reset, but is that the same if you faint him and beat Greevil then come back later, or will the stats be the same as when I fainted it?

Yes, you can try to catch Lugia again, and the stats will NOT change. Greevil will still be there, along with all other shadows you might have fainted. Happy Lugia hunting!
