YGO Adv: Challenge!!

My friend and I are having an argument. He says that "Elemental Heroes suck, and no one should ever use them." I however, think that a good player can use them effectively. So, he's given me a month to compile a good E-Hero deck while he makes himself a new deck. Now, here's the challenge:

1. I can only work off of Thunder Giant and Rampart Blaster right now
2. I have NO King of the Swamps, or Miracle Fusion.
3. I have NO Saks, Smashings, or DDA's.

Now, this is the deck I have made right now:

Monsters: 19
Silent Swordsman LV5

Premature Burial
Reinforcemant of the Army x2

Hero Signal x2
Torrential Tribute
Widespread Ruin​

Now, hopefully this deck can stand up to the challenge. If you can give ANY help to make this deck better, I'll return the favor. Also, keep the fixes VERY Budgeted.

A suggestion is to get the jaden booster packs. They are cheap and, you can get good E-Heroes commonly. I got a first edition thundergiant from those packs. You can get all american E-Heroes EXCEPT for wildheart, bladedge, and wildedge.

Oh yeah. Forgot that those aren't in there.

Anyway, I think that it is the only pack that you can get steam healer in.

Funny enough, I had no E-Heros to start with. However, I bought 12 Jaden packs before posting this, and that's what I got. I'm hopefully gettting more in the next week.

Any other suggestions?

Put in fusion gate and mirecal(SP?) fusion. Cheap and effective. Use those along with the polymerization. At the end of the chalenge, do you duel your friend?

Well, as I stated beofre, he's getting back into the game. So it's definetely not a CC I'm goin' up against. Most likely, it'll be a Structure deck variant.

hmm... Could you like, y'know, write each turn as it happens, then tell us afterwards? That would be so cool! Anyway, i really have no crit for this deck as of yet. It's good so far, but still in the development stage, right?

WTF?
You need to take out a Single Hero Signal, and replace it with a Magic Cylander, thats most likley to save you more than Signal.Plus... WHY IS THERE NO WABOKU? Thats gonna save you quite a few times by my knowlege of this game.

Waboku is Side Deck and Cylinder is just meh.
