You need Summoned SKull in order to Summon Black Skull Dragon. So I suggest either adding Polymerization and Summoned Skull, or take out Black Skull Dragon. Other than that, this isn't a bad deck, but it could use some better cards.

It's not a bad deck but aren't two Red Eyes Metal dragons kinda in the way when you are dueling? Also isn't the cost of Cyber Stein too much for Black Skull Dragon, I'd put in Summoned Skull and Polymerization, take out 1 Red Eyes Metal dragon and maybe 1 Cyber Stein, perhaps put in Red Eyes Darkness Dragon

Fixes made, Thousand Eyes and Black Skull are backup, Either fuse or morph an extra goat or chick.
