Come along, dear
Yeah. Nothing really justifies having nearly no Spells or Traps in this, and you just have way too many monsters. Try to prioritize which ones you're using, and base the deck around certain kinds of Fairies. I mean, you're combining Majestic Mechs, Counter Faries, the Sanctuary ones, and apparently what ever secret rares from that structure deck you could get your hands on. They don't really have much synergy.

Since you like Sanctuary that much, you can always use the Agents, or maybe make use of the Counter Faries that make use of Sanctuary themselves.
