Ok, I'm fresh out of ideas for the COTD, so I'm going to do this one today

This card cannot be Special Summoned. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, monsters cannot be Special Summoned.

IMHO, this is alright for a 6 star monster

Isn't this the same as Vanity's Ruler? I have it and saw it today and could've sworn it's the same effect. Maybe it's for thew sake of having Fairy/Fiend with the same effect.

With its 2400 ATK, and level 6, along its ability to cancel the last ditch effort summons, it's actually pretty good! 3.5/5

And Vanity's Ruler have the same effect, but instead of both players, it's only the opponent's.

Me like. Anti-Stein, Anti-Cydra, Anti- Tomato, Rat, whatever. A lot of the cards we use now are Special summon.

LOL, I'd love to see someone use RtfDD when Vanity's Fiend is out xDD

Good side material, worth using.

Did I ever mention how glad I am that Last Turn is banned?
And didn't Jowgen do the same thing as like 1/3 of the monsters in this set?

4/5 in fiend decks (necrofood. Just gotta be careful with Tomato's Germs RfTDD Necrofear etc.)

4.5/5 antimeta fiends.

I srsly dont see how you guys are praising this as Anti Meta. And I heard someone say this is the best card in set.

Um. I dont see this stopping much. At least not for long. "Oh no. I cant special summon until I play my smashing/removal/whatever."

If monsters in YGO werent so damn easy to get rid of, than this wouldve been a card worth using.
