Holy. Green. Shy. Guys. On. Stilts.

This ball came out of nowhere, pummled me smack-dab in the cheek and sent me flying across the stadium before crashing into the 'McDonalds! Tasty Food!' advertisment draped across the wall seperating the spectator stands from the lush green turf.
This is definately Gravy's most eagerly awaited game thus far. The original was a classic in every sense of the word, and to go and make a sequel? Wow. Just....wow. The graphics look absolutely sexy, and I'm glad they haven't deviated from the style that made the original one of the most appealing SNES games to look at. The new additional gameplay elements only serve to whet my appetite for some Yoshi platforming.

I find it hillarious however, that Luigi has been shafted in favour of Donkey Kong, of all characters :/

Another game I'll be getting. Man, I need a job. I agree though baby DK instead of baby Luigi. Ehhh....

HUR HUR USER TITLE
Haha, BABY PEACH! :D

Mah God, I MUST BUY THIS GAME.
Wow, Nintendo is just busting out the heavy artillery of great games all of the sudden. I keep seeing more and more titles that I just have to buy.

I can only hope this game is actually able to be even better than the original Yoshi's Island.

I'm glad DS is starting to have old classic Mario games with DS upgrades. New Super Mario Bros. was an excellent start and this seems to be a great second step.

YES! D:
Yoshi's Island for the SNES is one of my all-time favorite games, and hearing about this just made my day. I'm really looking forward to this game. Definately a must-buy for me.

Thriller

Its almost time
OMG E3 is wonderful this year. Yoshi's Island 1 got old but the game was still great, a sequel sounds nice *hopes there will still be transformations like the first one*

RUH OH!!!111
Oh man... 1 was a classic... but I don't think if they can improve on the SNES one. However, the Yoshi Sprite is from Yoshi Touch and Go. >o<

Wow this game looks cool. I loved the first Yoshi's Island. I would definitely get this game, but I don't have a DS and don't really plan on getting one. But this game defintely looks amazing....and I wonder what Baby Donkey Kong looks like...

There is a deity, and he is gracious to me.

Yoshi's Island is my favorite platformer of all time. And now it's getting a sequel.

I feel like I'm about to enter heaven.

Lil Brother

Just kinda there.
BABY DONKEY KONG.

That's enough to make anyone buy this game. Of course, one most wonder how this ties in with Partners in Time. All that did was confuse the timeline, hopefully this one will bridge the gap. >>

But the game itself is definetly up there on my want lists. I was so excited for Touch & Go, but that wasn't an adventure game. Darn. :(

FINALLY. A good Yoshi game in how many years?

This is gonna be fan-freakin'-tastic. Love the trippy looks returning.

Thank you, SPPf! :)
This game requires a Fuzzy acid trip. It's Touch Fuzzy all over again.

Yoshi's Story, Touch & Go, and Topsy Turvy were all mediocre excuses to follow-up on Yoshi's island. They look to finally have it right this time.

Yamato-san

I own the 5th gen
if they don't give Yoshi a baby voice this time around, the game would be f***in' perfect. Sadly, I get the feeling they're not gonna please us THAT much. -_-

aww....you beat me to it. this will be DS's killer app....who hasn't played yoshi's island and if they did how could they not want more? but can you imagine shy guys on stilts....you know the DS screens are screaming for it.

Hao Kaiser

Aww... Crap.
Hehehe!

Wow, I'm just... wow. I just hope it isn't a huge dissapointment. Yoshi has really... sucked in the past few years.

Anyone else notice how DK always seems to sneak into Mario games, but Mario rarely sneaks into DK's? Granted, DK has, what? 4 1/2 games?

Because technically Mario is a spinoff series of the DK series. The first game Mario appeared in was Donkey Kong.

Anyway this game seems cool. It also appears that the babies offer didnt abilities for yoshi such as when Baby Peach is with Yoshi the umbrella is out and with Baby DK you could climb vines.

YOSHI!*huggles* Baby characters as well--I'm there(but I want Baby Luigi~)! But we need a good villain here--as much as I love Baby Bowser and Bowser Jr., the latter is simply not going to cut it. Grown-up Bowser...YES. OH, YES.:D

You win, dude. I love that level!@_@

This game looks cool. And it seems to use the double screens like sonic rush did. I think that adding baby DK and baby Peach seem interesting. I cant wait to see it in action *looks for online videos*
