Kappa Mikey is this american show trying to pose as a anime show. Its a american show about a Japaneese show in Japan. From what I see Kappa Mikey is just american people making fun of anime.

Kappa Mikey is not an anime, and it's painfully obvious, despite what they claim. Not to mention it's a disgrace to anime.

Plus, it's animated by 4Kids Entertainment for Nicktoons TV. It may be 4Kids, but it's not exactly 4Kids, now is it?

It's amazing that the setting is in Japan yet 4Kids won't say that all their anime except One Piece take place Japan or that all the animes contain Japanese culture.

I'll learn you good!
I've only seen a couple of episodes. The animation's not that great, but it serves it's purpose. I really like the comedic timing on the show, plus there's the cool theme song.

Kappa Mikey I believe was intended to be a parody of an anime. Why 4Kids picked it up was surprising. It has it's moments, but overall it's alright.

I've seen a few episodes and I liked them, but then my dad took the channel away and now I can't watch it or the old shows I used to watch when I was little. x_X

I recognized some people like Dan Green is Mikey's Father and Sean (Gah I forgot his last name) who played Goku in DBZ plays that monster dude. ^^;;;;

And they misprounced Mitsuki. x_x

Never laughed at the show. Flash/After-Effects shows never have worked for me... except when it comes to Aqua Teen Hunger Force and Space Ghost Coast To Coast. :p
Funny thing when it comes to Kappa Mikey, I've seen an obvious Zangief character design rip-off for one of the non-named crowd persons. :D
Though the Lily-Mui stuff makes me want to gouge my eyes out.

I love that show! I always watch it.

The Lily-Mu parts at the beggining and ending of the episodes makes me sick though. I hate it.
