It's one thing that Team Rocket and the other guy cheated with Pelipper to try to trick people into gambling their Pokemon away.

But it's another thing entirely when so many people are apparently willing to just risk losing their own Pokemon for the sake of pride.

This whole episode was full of nonsense tbh. Anthony's and Pelipper's cheating stunt going unpunished in particular seemed like a cop out.

I'm willing to admit that I was as stunned as Ash was when Pelipper used Vine Whip and stuff. And in his own way, Anthony is initially as bad as TRio in terms of cheating schemes.

I was surprised that nobody who was scammed by Antony and his Pelipper complained to Junsa and the police. The scam was so obvious, yet once again only Satoshi and his friends did anything to stop a con artst.

I didn't much like his scheme, but yes, Musashi, Kojirou, and Nyasu were the real villains of this episode.
