I wouldnt mix rain dance and sunny day (shiftry and ludicolo). Id replace Shiftry for something like Exeggutor, give it ancientpower, curse, explosion and either sludge bomb, one of the screens, leech seed or a powder, after a few curses, it takes flying attacks pretty well (bug is still a problem), and ancientpower is a decent rock move that your team needs. Swift swim on Ludi, seeing as half your team has leech seed and healing support, you wont need as many speed evs with swift swim either.

Swift Swim and Leech Seed on Ludicolo imo. Gyarados won't have HP Flying ingame, so Ice Beam covers it. Besides, the rest of your team takes on Waters. With 68 Speed EVs and a 31 IV, after Rain Dance it outspeeds max speed Crobat. But then, I doubt you'll see max speed Crobat :-/.

Probably Meganium, unless you don't mind having 2 sunnybeams with Exeggutor.

I don't have R/S, so Roselia's out of the question. Without them I can't complete the Hoenn dex, so Meggie's out as well. I never did like Eggy, Cacturne and Jumpluff, so they're not an option. JAA's on the opposite side of the globe, so no Celebi. Guess it's Cradily, so here's what I'm planning.
