DAMN I WAS FAST!

The trick is to jump and hit the item box and enemy at the same time,from the begining,so no time is wasted. Then upthrust (If you're using Sonic and Knuckles) and get on the rail. 7 seconds,it has to be,then continue as normal.

Another thing:

When you get to the part where 2 icicles will fall on you,either:

Upthrust

or

That jumping moving thingy,go ALL THE WAY DOWN OR IT FAILS.
