Oh god is this a hard choice, I loved pretty much all of them. Let's see...
The one with Grace, "Pro's and Con Artists/Come What May" and the Lilycove/Kelly episodes were my favorites. Those episodes really rocked.
Honorable mentions to the Izabe Contest (Harley's debut!), Rubello Town (love those MILF pedophile mothers!), "Win Lose or Drew", and the recent one in Modama town where Harley beat May.
In fact other than the poor battle scenes in the Verdanturf Contest with Skitty beating Dusclops so easily, nearly every Contest episode was fantastic.

My favourites is the Izabe contest and the fallarbor contest
The fallarbor town contest introduced medicham and its bad *** battle skills and May won her first ribbon thanks to her beautifly's skills. I like the Izabe island contest because it introduces Harley into the pokemon world and his cacturne as well. May's bulbasaur masters its petal dance and shows off its skills in a great battle.It also shows how evil and scheming Harley and he also gives some underused pokemon like [SPOIL]Bannette,Ariados and octillery [/SPOIL] some decent screentime.

So hard :/ I liked every contest just as much, but I did like Lilycove, Slateport and the first Harley one. I mean Slateport May was new and made loads of rookie mistakes, Lilycover I mean hello people Kelly, Grumpig and Combusken did great and I liked Kelly's different style of appeal with the Pokeblock and the including the audience thing. And Harley's first contest because the way he set up May was classic with the Tentacool thing, plus Harley is quite cool.
Also every contest with Drew is great, I just don't put them as my favorites since that is quite baised of me being a Drew fan.
So they are all great but right now (minus the Drew factor) Lilycove is my favorite.

Oh my, Modama, Yamabuki, or Izabe...? Well, I went with Modama because Harley finally won that one, plus my baby made a spectacular appeal. <3 Okay, so he was in Yamabuki too, but that one ended way too horribly to get the top spot... Izabe was a classic, but it's been downgraded to my second fave contest.
Of course, I love every single contest. The one in Kaina City was awesome too, thanks to Robert and Shuu. That'd be my fave non-Harley contest.

I've liked Lilycove the best so far, because I liked Jessie working with Chimecho.

Most of all, though, I'm especially looking forward to the Saffron contest. [SPOIL]Jessie using Cacnea and Wobbuffet, and getting her hair temporarily cut short because of Cacnea, is a treat I'm dying to see.[/SPOIL]
