Your favourite Mythical?

What would you say which Mythical Pokemon is the best? Me, I like them all on equal level, ones like Mew, Celebi, Jirachi and Victini! ;D

Marshadow for me. I love its design and unique typing at the time. Keldeo is a close second.

Sky Form Shaymin. Not just my favorite Mythical, but also my number one favorite Pokemon of all time.

I'm surprised how no-one has mentioned Arceus yet ? The fact that it is the creator of all pokemon is very unique title. The downside is since i follow almost all of the media, in the TCG 90% of the playable cards he has are garbage. Only Arceus V and VSTAR are actually great.

Based solely on design, Shaymin land form, but overall, Mew. I like its simple design. It's outclassed by other legendaries and Mythicals in terms of stats, but that's kinda what makes it okay that it can learn any TM. Also, it's extremely pink. I like that.

Arceus... Yes, it is the creator alright! But, is it that potent? I heard Ditto can make up for its same strength, as it can transform into any species! =O

Actually i think the Ditto don't have that same potential in lore if it dared to cross other legendaries. It wouldn't have the same experience with the moves or skills that a unique legendary species possess. Ditto is actually a common artificial pokemon (they are a failure species) that copies someone for a limited time before it has to return to normal.

A good testament to Arceus's power can be seen in The Arceus Chronicles movie. He was using the Aqua Plate to stop a rampaging Heatran that was out of control because of a overloaded Flame Plate that was nearly destroying it and the whole mountain.

Heatran was even losing its body colors twice: Pure fire elemental, then molting orange/black magma (like Coalossal but more scary)
Anyone holding back such extreme heat isn't something a Ditto can copy to the same potential in any lore.

Yeah probably really low. Mew is a progenitor pokemon, meaning it has not shown how extensive its limit is. One movie on episode/netflix showed that Mew just kept launching attacks over and over.
Not out of anger, but as lengthy superiority fight and it defeated a LOT of the hero pokemon (never seemed to be tired in the least) until the heroes could tell it to back off with the attacks from the misunderstanding.
I don't remember why they were looking for Mew or that big cavern though. I think it was in one of the Adventures series.

My favorite mythicals are Darkrai and Mew. I like their designs (edgy goth and pink kawaii cat) and I liked their movies. Mew's symbiotic relationship with the tree was really unusual and memorable and I liked its playful nature. Darkrai is a protective Pokemon and I like its "don't judge a book by its cover" message.

I cuteness category it's only Mew. It was just cute and mostly seemed to be
toying around against the first minutes against Mewtwo

Jirachi. Admittedly this is more of a personal favorite, rather than what I think would be the best example. Obviously there is my signature, but it is the first mythical Pokemon I ever obtained thanks to Pokemon Channel, and it kind of started my deeper dive into Pokemon and this forum

If I were to exclude personal nostalgia I think some of the best mythicals include Mew (for being the essential template), Deoxys (asides from living up to the myth part it also was a trailblazer in Pokemon forms and is the best example of a mythical eventually becoming default available), Arceus (because of its importance lore-wise and how Legends Arceus successfully built it up) and Pecharunt (for being an excellent example of a mythical in design and storyline in an age where it feels they've become lackluster)

MLP.... Ooooohhhh boy, I have so great memories of that show, but at the same time so atrocious memories of its fandom, especially after the sixth season finale...

It helps that they were the earliest, back before Gamefreak had the unfortunate habit of anticlimatically just giving you it and expecting you to watch the movies for any interesting lore. Pecharunt completely avoiding that is why I rank it highly
