Currently just black and white--both of which are matte, like the inside of the DS Lite, rather than fingerprint-tastic.

I choose White.
The main reason I like the white DS is because it's a polar opposite of the PSP's Black normal color, as well as the simple color. It's not trying to be a Media player or anything so why dress in a pink or red and black?

Oh and that idea is totally flipped for the DSi, black is totally the DSi color.
EDIT: then again, if someone bought me a limited edition DS With Dialga and Palkia on it I would gladly take it.

I agree. Crimson and red is the best in my opinion. I like the contrast, but I don't really like how it's got all black in the interior.

I still have an intact, good as new-looking original DS, and it is platinum with a Metroid Prime Hunters skin on it, and I like that style the best.

Did it come with an ONM magazine, if so, I have that skin on my old one

I once saw a special edition Pokemon DS that was yellow and had a little Pikachu logo (I guess you could call it). It was so adorable. I think that's my favorite I currently have a white DS, which is nice and simple, but I wish more colors had been available when I got it.
