In spite of its pacing and logistical flaws, I'll always hold a dear spot for Season 1 in my heart. Season 6 was pretty good, too, back when it looked like the Houen saga was going to be enough to make us forget how monotonous this show can be (and we all know how that turned out).

My favorite was Pokemon Advanced Battle because it had many good adventures and episodes: The Hoenn League Tournament, The Hoenn Grand Festival, and Battle Frontier, and the Kanto Contest.

A tie between Indigo, Advance and Battle Frontier. Those three seasons kicked butt. =]

I'd have to say it's season 6 (Pokemon Advance) since it felt like it's new era of Pokemon. Also at the same time that new main character of Advance Generation, May, made an entrance to it. Ash and May equals double the fun!

Season 1, it will always be my favorite season in Pokemon. I just like how it actually tried to be an adaption of the games, reflecting on it's storyline (more than it ever did Orange Islands - Houen). That and I loved seeing Satoshi grow as a beginning trainer in those days.
