Should be able to outspeed Weavile. Not so sure.
Ok, Ok, Medicham is a better scarfer... But i jsut love my gallade so I won't swap it.

You have nothing that can swap in on half the physical based sweepers in the game. Tyranitar used Crunch - something is going to die.

Gliscor, Torterra, Weezing, donphan, hippowdon, swampert, and milotic can handle tyranitars. also bronzong, claydol, slowbro, and flygon if it doesn't have crunch. i use torterra and claydol:
