I have a Scizor in my Diamond game that has all the Hoenn contents Ribbons (that Smart category was heck in the later levels. x.x), as well as the Champion Ribbon, Effort, and some Super Contests Ribbons, I forget which ones though. Overall, it has more than 25 Ribbons, if I remember correctly.
