No...but it will make a difference to how and where people get it. From legal, regulated sources as opposed to drug cartels.

not everyone over DOES everything they do. Drinking is socially accepted, when you're sitting with a couple of friends, having a few drinks.
over do weed hm. I think there's actually a point where you cant get any higher, even if you keep smoking at that time.
In my experience, when I get TOO high ..I stop smoking right away. Because I get mad paranoid, nausea, and extremely lightheaded and my cotton mouth is BEYOND extreme. And it's a very uncomfortable feeling, that I think nobody would want to feel.

I guess you can say it's similar to having too much to drink ..not in the same stance, but everyone knows when you have too much. The thing with getting too drunk is ...you're so drunk you don't realize it (well you do technically), but you're too drunk and it's hilarious, and you keep drinking. Which is why alcohol is more dangerous than weed. yes. Weed, you'll actually know what you're doing.

I do agree with your last statement though.

alcohol has the same (negative effects) as some harddrugs and is more letal then weed
