I would have to say mine without a doubt are:

Terri Hawkes: The only people who honestly hate her as Sailor Moon are the little whiney fanboys who can't deal it was different than the Japanese version. I love her, hands down I remember even when I was little and it came on before Pokemon I said...damn she's good. She just brought class and heart to that role. It may not have been the correct voice for the Usagi character, but as Serena she had it DOWN.

Rahcel Lillis: I really don't think there is anything need to be said about here that wasn't already said. She's class, top grade A. I love her talent and skills she brigns to any character she does. Captured Jessie and Misty exactly down.

Billy West: Professional in every aspect of voice acting.

Special shouts to Maddie, although I would like to see her in more roles.

I don't really pay attention to what voice actor I'm listening to, so I don't really have many favorites, in fact I only have one...

Crispin Freeman- loads of minor characters (most recently the Kazekage in Naruto), but the one that sticks out most for me is Alucard (Hellsing). He pretty much made that dub.

and of course, who could forget:

LittleKuriboh- everybody (Yugioh-TAS)

An American actor,the one who does the voice for Rika in Digimon. She does other voices too and quite well in my opinion. Melissa something or other.

That would be Melissa Fahn. She also narrated most of the fourth season.

Anyway, my favorite VA is Jamieson Price. He's been everyone from a posessed lunatic (Oikawa from Digimon Adventure 02, his first role) to a sentient jelly (Jelly Jiggler from Bobobo) to a mad scientist (Hiragi from Mon Collie Knights) to a casino owner (can't remember the character's name, but he was from Cowboy Bebop) to a businessman (Reeve from FFVII).

Probably my one quibble with him is that he doesn't seem to have much of a vocal range, as far as you can always tell that it's him. But he acts so well and gets so into the part that you can't help but like him.

notice that all these voices are ones from FUNimation! fact is FUNimation is always great with voices, even back with DBZ when they were messing it up, the one thing that they did right (once everyone got over the fact that they were the replacements) was the voices!

Oh, please. Erica is hardly the worse actor (but David Moo would be it ^_^)

I bet you hate the One Piece dub so much, you'd say Zoro has a horrible voice. >_>

actualy Zoro is the only voice in the awful dub that i can put up with! but i hate 4kids for changing his name to Zolo!

There are much worse name changes in other series, and I don't hear any backlash for that.

Yet one of the simplest name changes in anime history (Zolo) get's all this backlash?

It makes no sence, I tell ya.

sure it does, Zoro is one of the main charactors! although i do aggree that the choices of Ace to Trace and Edward to Ward do desearve more flaming for having alredy been normal american names that get changed to... i don't know what!

Although you could argue back it was an unneeded name change.

You know, I have to admit Luffy's VA isn't the best really in terms of doing Luffy, but I liked her Lyserg voice in Shaman King.

He's petty that's all there is to it. Most localized names get the r to l thing redardless, and 4Kids didn't name the characters VIZ did.
