1. Naruto (besides that 80 episodes of filler. *******s)
2. Escaflowne
3. Bleach (through Soul Society arc. After that, it BLOWS)
4. Chobits
5. Fruits Basket
6. Digimon, first two seasons... at least when I was a kid. Hahahaha
7. FLCL -- weirdass anime. made no sense

Given much of it is random humor and the storytelling is abstract, but there really is a coherent plot underneath the mayhem. It's just not something that's really obvious at first. Trust me, I didn't know what to make of it the first time I saw it either.
