What stat are your pokemons lowest?
Example:
"My pokemon are really strong,but very slow"

4 of my pokemons have truely high Sp.Att and 2 others have high Att. Their weakest stat is Sp.Def because it doesn't make big sense to my pokemons.

Speed...I think that stat is not too useful. I think it's doesn't matter which Pokemon attack first.

Speed is important,some pokemon with weak defence and high attack need speed so they can KO their opponent fast.Without speed,you will get killed first.And if you are slower,you will get annoyed bythe opponents.
And My pokemon in Emerald,Metagross's speed is kinda low.Blaziken's defence sucks,Starmie's attack power is very low,Flygon's special defence is the lowest.

Mine would be speed, with only one pokemon (typhlosion) having high speed.

It's between Speed and Attack. My only speedy Pokémon is Salamence, and I only have two Physical-based Pokémon. The rest are Special-based.
