Anyway, huge news, SEVENS dub is confirmed, meaning Rush Duels are coming soon. We suspected that since the stream confirmed Rush Duel cards are getting their own database. The question is now when, since VRAINS dub isn't over, but I guess Season 3 won't be dubbed.

We are getting a stream for Lightning Overdrive on January 9th on 7 PM JST.
Stream is featuring Jack Atlas's VA Takanori Hoshino, who also played Honest in GX. Most likely this means Lightning Overdrive's animé legacy archetype will be Jack Atlas's Deck though, meaning Dawn of Majesty's cover archetype will be a different 5D's character (most likely Crow or Yusei).

If Jack is getting more support, this means we will see some more of his remaining animé/manga cards in this year's Collection Pack and/or Premium Pack, depending on if there is a poll for this year's Collection Pack or not.

We knew they were going to get support due to the recent Jump promo, but a full 5-card support interesting.

The additional card Neo-Dude listed was a winter variant of Ki-sikil, to match the Halloween version of Lil-la in Blazing Vortex. I was hoping for a more Christmasy variant, but oh well.

Cyber style Structure Deck is revealed for May 15th 2021, and it is called Cyber Style’s Successor. It will apparently feature a new boss monster called Cyberdark End Dragon, based on the picture in the link. There are no more details sadly.

This means that Cyber SD will replace this year's Duelist Pack (though it might still be released sometime in Summer), and the Agent SD will likely come in Summer, if ever.

Bearcti archetype has been revealed, and it involves Special Summoning Synchro Monsters without Synchro Summon. Also considering that every Duelist Pack since the ARC-V era have been featuring original series characters it would make sense. Mai got support in Sisters of the Rose/LED4, so while that's probably going to be true, I'm expecting something different. The only reason I added Yusei because his support in Magical Hero/LED6 didn't focus on Stardust Dragon much.

If we get another batch of Harpie support, I wonder if it will be Fusion or Ritual focused since Harpies have everything else.

For other possible WIND duelists there is also Battlewasps, but they only got introduced very recently. Everybody else (Gaia the Dragon Champion, Chazz's Armed Dragons, and Rin's Windwitches) got support in SEVENS era already. There is also technically Baby Dragon if they want to make that a Deck, but either way, there isn't much good options.

(And yes, they are focusing on Attributes now.)

April 17th 2021 set is apparently called Dawn of Majesty, which isn't based on a previous set name, but reminds me of the Majestic archetype. Most likely going to be 5D's focused.

OK first of all I said that the Majestic archetype was called the Savior archetype in Japan that time. I didn't say it wasn't going to be. Besides I'm all in for 5D's support, it is my favourite series after all.

Collection Packs are getting re-rebranded as Animation Chronicles. Apparently the new sets, unlike the old ones, will contain a large amount of reprints to work with new cards. This year's is getting released on June 12th.

Previous sets only contained 45 cards as they were overwhelmingly new cards. New sets will be containing 50 cards, 5 more than the standard.
(Given their new name, it is also likely they will ignore the manga cards now, so no Main Deck Masked HEROes this time around.)

Because the "Rage of Ra" Legendary Duelist Pack was where they released game original support for The Winged Dragon of Ra.

These Decks are meant for Slifer and Obelisk in turn, and will likely see the importation of the relevant cards released in the OCG's "Prismatic God Box" at the end of last year, plus a possible World Premiere or two per Deck. With each Deck getting 4 unique cards, Slifer's two OCG imports are likely the "Thunderforce Attack" and "The Absolute Divine Beast", with potentially 2 World Premieres. Obelisk's Deck's OCG imports will likely be "Fist of Fate", along with a speculated "Divine Evolution", a card from the Yugioh R Manga that just released recently in Japan after all these years and that has an association with Obelisk the Tormentor. In that case, the Obelisk Deck would also get 2 World Premieres.
