The OCG has stratos legal so there is no obligation for them to print a stratos subsitute. Personally I think bubbleman is the problem in turbo hero OTK decks and should have been hit instead.

Pendulum Summoning might not seem like much now but wait till the meta gamers are done with it along with the more powerful cards that are bound to come out as ARC-V goes on. It's funny I thought they wanted to slow down the game but with this already fast duels will be lucky to even reach 4 turns especially with the new 1st player can't draw rule.

I can see Pendulum ending up becoming an OTK enabler.

Just clear the opponent's field, then Pendulum Summon a bunch of strong monsters, then direct attack.

I thought Konami hate OTKs. But now they are making a mechanic that has incredibly high potential to be an OTK? Wat.







......oh wait, Dark Hole is so totally going to be banned again on the next banlist, isn't it

Along with that Pendulum Summoning is just gonna make Synchro and Xyz Summoning even easier then ever. Along with that the new rulings are just gonna make things even more one sided then ever for whoever has to go first.

It's ridiculous imo. If they don't want people to abuse those FTK-inducing cards, they should just ban them to be honest. I hate how they're changing the effects on some of the cards. It makes the originals practically worthless. I only own one Catapult Turtle, but I'll probably have to replace it once the errata'd version is released in the TCG. I hate having outdated cards but that's how Konami rolls apparently.

It is ridiculous sometimes but thats how they get people to go buying reprinted old cards. Only exception is some normal monsters that don't have name changes or "is treated as this archetype".

Odd-Eyes Dragon is kinda underwhelming imo. I expected it to have special Pendulum Summoning effect but it doesn't so it just feels plain to me. The fact that it has a copy and paste of Flame Wingman's eff is alright but meh I guess Stardust Dragon just made me raise my standards for anime ace monsters a bit too high.lol

It's better then Utopia who was useless without its XYz materials. Besides I'd hold my breath till it's ace forms come out since the ace forms are usually better then their original forms. Though it's gonna be hard to top Shooting Quasar Dragon.

The old cards errata makes me hope some old cards who were too hard to use/too powerful can receive an errata too.

Maybe Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of the End can go to Limited, if a new restriction is placed on it. For example, something like "during the turn this effect is activated, you cannot Summon another monster and you cannot activate the effects of monsters in your Graveyard".

Roaring Express Train Rocket Arrow isn't that old, but it also desperately needs an errata so that it is actually usable. Right now even the legal Ra is more usable than that thing.

If only the real life version of Hope did not have that restriction just like the anime version.......

I expect that maybe the Legendary Dragons will work like the Maked Change with the Masked Heroes. Personally the most interesting info was probably Odd-Eyes Pendulum Dragon's eff and the more DOMA and ZEXAL anime cards that will be in the Dragons of Legend pack.
