Yugioh GX Duel Academey seems like a decent game, but it seems that Yugioh Nightmare Troubadour is a better game and posibly the best yugioh video game

It is out in English. My sister got 1 over the weekend. Here's a tip for you too. It connects to the Nightmare Troubadour game. If you have it loaded in the GBA slot of your DS, it will transfer 3 Winged Kuriboh's over to the Nightmare Troubadour game. I don't have total specifics, but my sister was telling me about it. I might check and see if it's at the local store here too. Also, it seems some stores have under-ordered for it, so you want to check as soon as possible to try and catch it (or wait for the next wave.) My sister bought 2 of 4 copies that the store got in. She had them on pre-order. When she went to buy her copy, there was only 1 copy left. Bad news to people that like to buy more than 1 copy of the game.
